Introduction
In most municipality there is no central location to get various information about the town or the area and I believe our directory architecture and technology will be a key component to connecting residents and visitors with businesses, services and amenities of the town and has a huge potential for facilitating all kinds of connections and increasing commerce within the community and beyond.

This directory will facilitate exporting of products and services to the national and international web community through digital downloadable products, international shipping and services that can be performed at a distance.

In addition we will offer online courses, community forums, digital art sales, self-help, fund raising for non-profit organizations and more.

We have also created a system for a local exchange based on a digital token system to greatly facilitate local bartering.

High street and commercial rents are very expensive in most towns and therefore many businesses cannot afford to get a brick and mortar location. However with a thorough online directory with a “multi-vendor market place”, people will be able to work from home and offer a pick up service or a delivery service without having to rent separate premises on a monthly basis, thus increasing availability and reducing cost of goods and services for the community as well as supporting new entrepreneurs and helping them thrive.

I firmly believe that this directory is the single most significant addition to any town or community because it will greatly facilitate access to all the information from all the providers and community services and amenities and improve efficiency and satisfaction in many areas of daily life for everyone. After having had a preliminary discussion, including the identification of your needs and plans in strategic development and marketing planning, we will set an appointment together in sufficient time so that both parties can properly prepare for the meeting. The meeting will be performed with screen sharing, video, audio, text and file sending, by Skype, Google Talk, Zoom or Whats App. If you are located in the Greater Montreal area or in the Laurentians, this can be done in person.

This will reflect the immediate marketing priorities and will be the foundation of your marketing strategy. The time to produce this document is approx. 1.5 hours for each hour the meeting lasted, that is to say, if the meeting lasted 2 hours, it would take approx. 3 hours to redact the document. There are always additional wave of inspirational ideas that surface during this process that were not discussed at the meeting and these will be included.

Strategic planning involves all the elements a company needs to determine its main options and strategies. In what field should the company operate? What is the market to be served? Long-term goals can be to increase productivity, increase sales, introduce new products to the market, eliminate some marginal products, acquire businesses or new products.
